Help, subscriptions, and account requests
Manage Plus
Plus is billed monthly through Apple. You can manage or cancel your subscription in Apple's subscription settings.
Restore purchases
If Plus isn't showing, try "Restore Purchases" in the app Settings, or sign out and back in.
Common requests
Export my diary
In the app: Settings → Your Data → Export diary.
Exports include all your entries and data.
Delete my account
In the app: Settings → Your Data → Delete everything.
Deletion is permanent and removes all your data from our servers.
Report a problem
Send us a note at hello@dayswith.app with what happened, and (if possible) the time it occurred.
About AI & Data
How AI works
DaysWith uses Google Gemini and Mistral AI to generate personalized content. Your diary entries are sent to these providers to create morning messages, responses, and insights.

Data processing
Your content is processed by our AI providers according to their terms. When you delete your account, we remove your data from our systems.
